Kimberly L. Salzl is an Associate Attorney with Brandenburg and Associates. Kim grew up in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, and after graduating from Lockland High School she attended Northern Kentucky University. There she earned both her Bachelors Degree in Marketing in 2012 and her J.D. from Chase College of Law in 2016. Kim was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2017. She was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 2019.
Kim worked full-time through law school at a small foreclosure firm in Northern Kentucky. During her time there she became familiar with consumer debt litigation and property law from the creditor’s perspective. Since beginning her practice, she has taken that knowledge and used it to represent clients in actions against them by creditors. She prides herself on her ability to work out fair and reasonable settlements for clients to help them obtain their goal of getting out of debt.
Kim finds her work most rewarding when she feels like she is truly helping those in need. While in law school, Kim found time to give back by volunteering with Legal Aid’s pro-bono divorce clinics. She has also dedicated a large amount of her practice to advocating for indigent clients in both criminal and civil cases in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Warren and Montgomery counties. Additionally, Kim is accredited and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for children in Dependency, Abuse and Neglect cases.
Outside of her practice, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter.
